Priyanka Gandhi made serious allegations against the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh. On being asked about the allegations of phone tapping Priyanka said, “Leave phone tapping…Instagram accounts of my children have also been hacked, does the government have no other work?”

Priyanka Gandhi was in Lucknow while she spoke to the media reporters about the phone hacking of her children by the Yogi Adityanath led BJP government.

“What is a government’s work? To develop, understand and find solutions to the problems of the public and stop the atrocities. Instead, this government is tapping the phones of the opposition.”

The phone tapping allegations were earlier made by SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav against the Yogi Adityanath government in UP.

Akhilesh in a press conference had accused the Chief Minister of Uttarpradesh of ‘tapping phones’. Akhilesh yadav said that the CM himself listens to the phone conversations in the evenings.

“All our phones are being tapped and our conversations are being recorded. All the phones in the party office are being listened to, the CM himself is listening to some of the recordings in the evening.”

To which CM Yogi replied, “Probably Akhilesh did something similar when he was in power. So now, he is accusing others.”
